I heard about Kelly from her post on Twyning Village website. For years
l had been to a gym getting nowhere, so l decided to contact her.
She was so friendly and professional l decided to sign up and it’s probably the best thing l have done.
I thought l was reasonably fit but sessions with Kelly were a learning curve.Her enthusiasm comes across and her patience. You will have dietary advice and a fitness programme tailored to your needs.

"I actually won my first training session with Kelly, as she had donated it as a prize at at “Help for Heroes” ball. I loved my session, so decided to then book a block of 10 more with her.
I had unfortunately, lost my Mum the previous year and had promised her I would get fit! My initial aim was to run. When I started I could not run to the end of my road! I can now run 5kms without stopping and am hoping this year to run 10kms. My sessions with Kelly also incorporate floor work, TRX and boxing. I see Kelly for 2 hours every week and even if I arrive at my session feeling worn out, I will leave feeling absolutely buzzing. Kelly always mixes up the sessions, so they do not become monotonous. I am now getting into road cycling as well and it is all down to Kelly giving me the confidence that I can do it and can continue to improve my fitness. I live local to Kelly but work in Cheltenham and therefore find using a gym in Cheltenham suits me best. Although the gym has tons of equipment I just didn't click with any of the trainers there so was attending regularly but just doing my own thing, which as we all know means not pushing myself.
June 2017, I decided to do something about it and contacted Kelly. I see her every 6 weeks or so and she devises a new programme for me each time, which I then use at the gym - the results have been great. I've also been following a healthy eating plan and i've lost weight and inches and can now comfortably get into clothes that were too tight previously. Best of all, with a better toned body, I have the confidence to buy some new, different clothes that would previously have been a bit too scary. I feel that overall my health and fitness are much improved, recently I passed my GP MOT with flying colours.
Kelly is easy to get on with, pushes you without being pushy, if that makes sense, and is easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.

A year ago I took my wife, Maggie, to Kelly for fitness training on a twice weekly basis, to improve her mobility after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
Within 3 months Maggie's mobility and general mobility had improved to such an extent that she could walk at a steady pace again.
I then decided to join to improve my fitness, it seemed hard at first but now we both find the exercises enjoyable. We are both feeling the benefit of regular exercise, and now Maggie's walking is back to normal, thanks to Kelly's structured fitness plan.

I started to see Kelly in the new year after struggling to lose weight and tone up despite leading an active lifestyle.
